This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application, “LIBRIConnect,” developed by SirsiDynix in collaboration with LIBRI System, Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

This app is provided by and made public by LIBRI System, Inc. and is operated under its policies. By using this app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

In the event that LIBRI System, Inc. enables the creation of a library patron account in the LIBRIConnect app, the application will provide an in-app URL so that users can request deletion of their user data. The LIBRIConnect app does not require users to create an account for basic functionality. However, certain features may require the provision of additional information or account creation for increased functionality. If account creation is enabled in the LIBRIConnect app, users will have the right to request deletion of their personal data directly through the application’s interface by visiting the account deletion URL located in-app.
